LIVE ZOOM WORKSHOP

Permission to Pause

Breathwork to make room for rest, joy, and renewed energy.

You’re tired. So why is it so hard to let yourself rest?

A guided breathwork workshop for midlife women who need a breather—and space to let something go, feel more like themselves, and get clear on what they want next.

Wednesday, October 21 • 5pm Mountain Time
75 minutes live on Zoom • $27

Includes take-home practices

COULD YOU USE A PAUSE?

✓ You get through the workday, take care of things at home, and wonder why there’s so little energy left for anything you actually want to do.

✓ You sit down to rest, then start thinking about everything you should be getting done.

✓ You can’t tell whether you need more sleep, fewer responsibilities, or a whole different life.

✓ You’re tired of trying to fix yourself. You just want to feel like you again.

✓ You know something needs to change, but you’re too wound up to tell what’s bothering you—or what you actually want instead.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO EARN YOUR REST

Being tired is one thing. Giving yourself a hard time for being tired adds another layer.

Maybe your body wants to stop, but your mind is still making lists. You’re on the couch thinking you should exercise, answer that email, or make better use of the afternoon. You’re resting, but it doesn’t feel restful.

When you finally pause, you may notice what’s been weighing on you: a conversation you keep replaying, a friendship that leaves you drained, or the pressure to keep everyone happy. Sometimes you’ve been so busy getting through the day that you haven’t had space to hear yourself.

Through guided breathwork, movement, and reflection, we’ll make room to notice what you’re ready to let go of—and what you want more of. Maybe it’s saying no without guilt, making time for something you love, or feeling excited about your life again. You don’t need to know the answer before you arrive.

INTRODUCING

PERMISSION TO PAUSE

Permission to Pause is a 75-minute live breathwork and mindfulness workshop for midlife women who are tired of pushing through—and want something to feel different.

We’ll begin seated, with simple ways to settle in and notice what’s on your mind and in your body. You’ll have space to name one thing you want to release and one thing you want to grow, with time to jot down what comes up.

Then I’ll guide you through a longer breathwork experience lying down. We’ll use breath and gentle body awareness to give what you’re carrying some room, while reconnecting with the comfort, joy, and energy you want more of.

This is how we’ll begin my ALIVE Method: by listening to yourself instead of pushing past yourself. We’ll finish with reflection and optional journaling, so you can leave with a clearer sense of what matters to you—and one small way to make room for it.

What You'll Walk Away With

1. Simple breathwork + body-based practices you can use anytime

Simple breathing patterns and a quiet meditation practice for those moments when you’re exhausted, wound up, or stuck in your head. You’ll practice noticing what you want to let go of and what you want more of, so the pause can become a starting point for change.

2. Lifetime Access to the Session Replay

Return to the guided experience whenever you want time to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. The recording is included, whether you join us live or need to watch later.

3. A Guided Recording to Keep

Keep a guided breathwork and mindfulness recording for the days when you need a little support to pause and feel more connected to yourself.

Use it alongside what you learn in the workshop to keep making room for what matters to you.

Hello! I'm Rebecca

I’m a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and somatic guide. I’m also in midlife, and I know the feeling of being tired or unenthused, then telling myself I should be doing more.

The shift from summer into fall can be particularly hard for me. As the light and days change, I feel the need for more rest, while that familiar pressure to be productive keeps showing up.

Breathwork gives me space to notice what’s actually bothering me, what I’m ready to let go of, and what I want to bring more of into my life. For me, that’s part of its magic: getting out of the constant thinking long enough to hear myself and reconnect with joy.

That’s what I want to share with you in Permission to Pause. You can come for the rest, the release, or because you’re ready for something to change. I’ll guide you with care, without pressure to force a breakthrough or feel a certain way.
